Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Total documents that need signing?

  • The name and type of each document?

  • Do all signers of documents have valid ID?

  • How many signers on each document?

  • Do you need me to print the document(s) for you and bring to the signing? (If so, you will need to forward them to me at the above email address).

  • The preferred date, time and place for the service to take place?

  • Would you like an emailed copy?

  • Will I be shipping priority mail for you?

  • Preferred form of payment?

What to Bring to Your Appointment

1) The individual(s) signing the document must appear in person and present a CURRENT valid photo identification.  (Examples include a CURRENT state issued Driver License or identification card, U.S. Passports or military identification cards.) This must be presented by ALL signers prior to any notarization being performed. 

2) All pages of the document that needs to be notarized must be brought to your appointment.

3) Payment: We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Paypal, CashApp, and Venmo. (No checks will be accepted.)
